Clients meet with us in person to be measured by a trained fitter. We review style preferences, fabric options, and garment details.

2. Written Order Confirmation
Before payment is processed, clients confirm the selected fabric, measurements, and design details in writing. This ensures complete clarity.

3. Production Timeline
All garments are produced using the approved specifications. Standard delivery takes 4–6 weeks.

4. Fitting Appointment
When the garment arrives, the client returns for a fitting to review the fit and overall appearance.

5. Alterations & Final Delivery
Complimentary alterations are provided as needed to finalize the fit. Alterations typically require 2–3 weeks.
If a garment does not meet the approved specifications, we will evaluate the issue and may offer a remake in instances of verified manufacturing error.
