All garments are made-to-measure and produced according to the client’s confirmed specifications. Because each order is personalized and approved before production begins, payments are collected at the time of order.
Alteration Policy
We provide complimentary alterations on all made-to-measure garments to ensure the desired fit.
Remake Policy
If a garment does not meet the approved specifications and the issue cannot be corrected through alterations, Atelier Clothier may offer a remake in cases of verified manufacturer error. Remake requests require review and approval.
Refund Policy
Because made-to-measure garments are created specifically for each client, refunds are not offered. Our fitting and alteration process ensures accuracy and satisfaction.
